I mentioned it in my Haunted trail mix snack mix recipe the other day but it bears repeating that snack mixes are the perfect fall treat! They are so portable and offer a blend of flavor with a little something for everyone. This Fall s’ mores snack mix is a sweet version that everyone will love.

Now, as with many of my recipes, I encourage you to alter this snack mix to fit your family’s needs. It’s a simple recipe but there is room for alterations to fit any diet. You can use gluten-free crackers, change to vegan marshmallows, or even opt for cacao nibs in place of the chocolate.

This recipe makes about 5 cups of s’ mores snack mix. If you need individual servings you can use cute containers or even sealable bags. If you need more than 5 cups you can always double or triple the recipe.
1 pkg Annie’s Friends chocolate bunny crackers
1 pkg jumbo milk chocolate chips
1 pkg mini marshmallows
Combine all of the ingredients in a large mixing bowl and use a spatula to thoroughly mix without crushing any of the crackers or squishing the marshmallows.
Transfer your s’ mores snack mix to an airtight container for storage.
How to Store Fall S’Mores Snack Mix
This snack mix should be stored in an airtight container. You can store it on the counter or in the fridge. However, I do find that it does a little better on the counter. ( Just make sure your room temperature isn’t so high that the chocolate melts. )
It will last for about a week or so when stored properly. You can freeze this mix, but I don’t recommend it as it is much better when eaten fresh and it can be a little soggy if not thawed out properly.
